Delayed Aging was an acquired ability that was attributed towards werewolves. Werewolves cannot start aging until a solid period of time without phasing goes by. It is unknown the exact length of time, only it would be very difficult because phasing is instinctual, along with the fact that vampires often come through their territory of defense and the werewolves are needed whenever vampires are close.

Once Lorena was obliberated at the appendages of the original congregation of immortals, her mystical energy fueled itself into all immune systems of every werewolf that is existing within the atmosphere. Giving each of them the attribute of obtaining the ability of immortality, which the "delayed aging effect" no longer is considered their physical institution.
